A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before a project will commence, and the other 50% of the payment is due upon completion of the project to a client’s satisfaction.

Time Frame:

Projects are completed with a 5 – 7 business day schedule. If a project is delivered late, baring accidents and illness, then there will be a 15 USD reduction in price for each day of delay.

If a project can not be completed due to illness or an accident, then a complete refund of the deposit and full payment amount will be offered.


No information about a client’s work history or current plans will be shared with any outside party unless a client provides written permission.

Telephone Contact:

Telephone calls must be arranged by email at least one day prior any spoken conversation. Generally, telephone consultations are limited to one hour.


After a project has been drafted and presented to a client, the client is then entitled to a free revision. Any initial revisions are part of the price for drafting a resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, or a college admission essay, so no additional charges are made for initial revisions.

Second revisions are also made free of charge if needed; however, a third round of revision will cost anywhere between 30 and 100 Dollars depending on the amount of revision requested.
